shutterstockinvestigation_24958192So, you are interested in being a claims adjuster- no degree stating “adjusting claims” at the college right, right?  Most anything works; those degrees that focus on actual sciences (biology, chemistry, etc) are usually not the best, if one wants to stay in their field, but very often the criminal justice, psychology, communication or sociology degrees are good choices as they teach you about people and pull in investigation skills.

    I’m a previous American Family employee with over 20 years of claims experience. I left American Family to enter the field of medical practice but my position was eliminated. I have re-applied for other claim positions but have not been contacted. Please advise how I can get re-hired at American Family.
